@kowloonbaby (Stasia de Tilly) is a curator and a multidisciplinary artist born and raised in Hong Kong. Currently residing in Brooklyn she is a member of the @Solarplexia collective and co-founder of the ‘friendly rave’ party series 29 Speedway. She works at the intersection of social and political issues within the arts, with the belief that creations are a useful vehicle for expression and for social change. Stasia has been booking and producing community-conscious live music events since 2014. Stasia focuses on DJing and producing music as art but values multi-disciplinary art forms. She creates under the moniker, Kowloon Baby. Her experience varies from radio broadcasting, live performance, booking, and teen buying, as well as sound and lights. Kowloon Baby is a part of the @HalfMoonBK Community in Brooklyn and will be announcing a new residency in early 2020.
